Aakash 4 to be Priced at rs 3000
Aakash 4 tablet gets its place on HRD ministry’s & Deity website . Aakash 4 seems to get great improvement over its predecessors ( Aakash 1 & Akash 2 ) . We already know that the Aakash Based tablets are launched by HRD ministry for the welfare of Indian students . Although the tablet had not reached most of the students in India . We hope this time it will be accessible to most of the Indians . This time Government should do something new to make it approachable for the students .

The tablet will have 7inch capacitive display of 800X480pixels resolution . It will be developed by IIT Madras . To boost the performance it will have 1GB ram & 4Gb ROM ( internal memory ) as well . The tablet will score minimum of 3537 with Antutu Benchmark . The battery will last upto 3hours . In addition the device will also support 3G ( via 3G Dongle / Modem ) , Bluetooth & Wifi . The device can play 720p videos at 30fps . The device will have one standard USB 2.0 and one micro USB with OTG support . The Specs are Quite impressive this time at this price range . The device will run on latest android system .
