Panasonic P31 launched, specs not meet price tag

Panasonic P31, in the  P Phablet series  has been  officially launched in India. The new Panasonic P-31 comes with compromised specs considering the Price tag at which it comes. The company has already launched some budget quad core smartphones in the market. It comes with Dual SIM support, 8-megapixel camera and a 4-core processor. Panasonic has included many new features in the P31 to make it approachable, such as Gesture Play, Pop i player, multitasking while watching videos, battery saver mode  etc. It will compete with Gionee Gpad G3 and  Zen Ultrafone 701 FHD, which is now priced under Rs 9k.

It has 5 inch 854 x 480 pixels FWVGA display with ULTA Oleophobic coating, which prevent finger prints. It draws the strength from 1.3 GHz quad core processor based on Mediatek chipset and runs on Android Jelly bean 4.2 OS. It packs with 8-MP rear shooter with LED  flash and a 0.3-MP / VGA front imager. You can record Full HD 1080p videos from the phone.

It features 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth v4, GPS, HSPA+, FM radio, Micro USB and 3.5mm audio jack. There is 1GB   512MB of RAM , 8 GIGS of internal storage and up to 32 GIGS of Expandable storage. The phone is powered with 2000mAh battery and it comes in Black and White colors.

The company is also giving freebies of worth RS 10,390 with the P31 and it will cost you RS 12,000.
