Try to create content of those countries, means create content on those topics which are highly searched targeted countries.
Make sure you are using TLD (Top level Domain) like .COM >org etc. If you are using Country level domain like .IN you will get more searches from India only. So create high quality global content and share it on social media platforms.
You can also target specific country via Google Webmaster Tool. Submit sites to all search engines.
