Making budget friendly home gaming desktop computer for 35000 RS

I want to assemble gaming desktop computer for gaming, watching videos and education (making ppt / doc project files). My budget is under 35000 RS. Let me know what PC parts would be the best for making PC. I want to build it with Intel processor.

@sachin you can use latest skylake Intel core i5 6th generation 3.3 GHz LGA 1151 6400 / 6500Processor, it is quad core CPU and would cost you near about RS 16000. AMD processors are also great, the only problem i noticed with them is “overheating”. Rest parts you can choose according to this cpu.
